Early Childhood Research Group
The Early Childhood Research Group (ECRG) supports, connects and informs the early childhood research community by building on experiences from policy, practice and research, by sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities and disseminating learning to an interested and wide-ranging audience. The Group consists of members of the Children’s Research Network who have an interest in research into early childhood.
The group is open to all members of the Children’s Research Network who want to join.
The Group is convened by a Chair and key members, with support by the Research Coordinator of the Children’s Research Network. The current (Acting) Chair is Dr Carol Ann O’Síoráin.

Early Childhood Research Bulletin Issue 7, July 2019
In July 2019, the Early Childhood Research Group published its 7th Early Childhood Research Bulletin. Compiled by ECRG member Rhona McGinn, the Bulletin compiles information on recent research, reports, policy initiatives, newly released books as well as upcoming events and training in the field of early childhood.
